Shipping
We ship all of our orders through USPS. All U.S. orders are shipped Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. You may request special shipping instructions, or request a certain shipping company, such as UPS, FEDEX etc.
Priority Mail 2-3 business days
Priority Mail International 6-10 business days
First-Class Mail International - 10- 20 Business days
These are just estimates. International delivery can take longer, depending on customs. Sometimes packages take over a month for delivery.

Order Processing
Almost all of our signs are made to order. Please allow 5-8 business days for your sign to be made and then shipped out. If you need an order by a certain day, just let us know.
Returns
Your complete satisfaction is important to us here at Sideway Signs. If there are any problems with your order please contact us immediately at carlton@sidewaysigns.com so we can work with you to get them resolved.
If for any reason your purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly accept returns of our products in salable condition up to 7 days from the day of delivery.
We take great care in packing each sign, and ensuring each order is safely packed to arrive damage free. However, we encourage you to inspect the sign upon opening to ensure there is no damage from shipping. If there is any damage, we request you save the packaging and take a few photos to send to us. We will work with each person on a case by case basis to solve the problem, whether it be a refund, partial refund or a replacement sign.
